Lösung

Hinzufügen/Ergänzen in /etc/mysql/my.cnf

[mysqld]
innodb_default_row_format=dynamic
innodb-file-format=barracuda
innodb-file-per-table=ON
innodb-large-prefix=ON

Danach

service mysql restart
